Hey people,this is another reminder to you guys in case you didn't hear the announcement our Chairperson made in class.

Instructions on how to make the card:

1. Before you proceed with your decorations,check that you leave 2cm on the side of the colour paper as we need to hole punch the side of the colour paper.

2. You should do the Decorations vertically. NOT HORIZONTALLY.

3. Pasting of photo can be baby photo or individual photo of yours. [ Must have at least one ]

4. Write an introduction of yourself. Also include your wishes to Mrs Yong.
[ Please adjust writing size according to A4 colour paper. Not too small or Mrs Yong will have to use magnifying glass to read]

5. Please decorate it nicely. We're going to present it to Mrs Yong.

6. Hand in by Thursday which is tomorrow. Monday we have to pass to Mr Poon and Friday is a holiday due to YOG.

* Please pass $1 to Mei Yun for those who haven't given,latest by tomorrow*

Updating the class blog while the other pages are still loading. :D

So, how have you been managing the holiday homework?

I think its pretty interesting.

I know many people have finished all their homework. :D

Congratulations. :D

Hahas...

I haven't finished mine.

I am still stuck on Emaths.

Hoping to complete it by today and start on the homework that needs the computer...

Yeah...

That's about it.

So, how was the form class day?

I didn't go for it...

Sad...

Heard that some of them watched "The Last Song".

Hmm...

Was it nice?

I don't know what to talk about now.

Ran out of topics.

Give me something to talk about...

I'll just talk about how I spent my day yesterday.

Woke up at 5.45am.

Had to go to school for this workshop on how to talk to the atheletes during the World Cultural Village (WCV).

This means the YOG thingy.

Well, went to the bus stop and remembered that I forgot to bring my phone.

My maid had to run up and get it for me.

Luckily 59 haven't come.

But it took so long that I decided to change bus.

Arrived at school.

Waited till Ms Andre and Ms Tety came.

Took the bus to NIE.

WOW.

The school is huge.

The toilets are so cute and clean as compared to Damai.

The canteen was awesome.

They have Western food.

OMG.

So hungry.

Made friends with people from Deyi Secondary.

And of course with the trainer, Ethen Ong.

Ahahas.

Then we learned how to converse with the atheletes while having a confident look.

I think its really useful.

Eye contact is important.

No sloppiness.

Etcetera...

Ok.

Then we left at 5pm sharp.

Arrived at school at 6.30pm.

That's how I spent my day.

All at this workshop which I thought initially was boring.

Turned out to be pretty fun. :D:D

Anyways, I am going to OBS next week.

Hopefully, its going to be loads of fun.

I hope to make new friends. :D

7) social studies
8) mother tongue
9) history/geography
and that is all our homework for holidays;D
and this holiday doesnt seems like to be a holiday;D

Er, well, exams are over.

I understand that some of you aren't happy with your results.

But the important thing is to keep moving forward.

Set realistic goals and work towards it.

Walt Disney once said: "Around here, however, we don't look backwards for very long. We keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new new things... and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths."

I found this on one of Walt Disney's movie, "Meet the Robinsons''.

This show has motivated me to do better and keep moving forward.

We must look to the future and take leads in our own lives.

No one is to do it for us.

So let's work hard and reach our goals together.

Without a goal, we would be like wandering souls without an aim in life. :D
